Children’s Day: See what First Lady Oluremi Tinubu told them
Nigeria’s First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu wants children to take ownership of today in a responsible and purposeful manner, noting that the future they desire is shaped by the choices they make now.
Extending heartfelt love to them in a message marking the 2026 Children’s Day celebration, with the theme “Future Now: Promoting Inclusion for Every Nigerian Child”, the First Lady says, as leaders of tomorrow, children must be active participants in shaping the present.
She urges them to stay focused, make wise decisions, and use their time productively, walking in the consciousness that a brighter tomorrow cannot be achieved by pursuing destructive or unrealistic paths, but by building character, discipline, and a commitment to learning and growth.
